    1 – User Terms:
•    Vyns Transport (Referred To As “We”, “Us” Or “Our”) Operates vynstransport.com Based In Paris.
•    Our Platform, www.vynstransport.com, Acts As An Intermediary, Providing Electronic Or Telephone Mediation Services To Connect Customers And Transport Service Providers.
•    “Customer” Refers To The Individual Using Our Platform’s Services And Is Solely Responsible For Booking And Providing All Passenger Details.
•    “Passenger(S)” Are Those Using The Transport Service.
•    A “Booking” Is A Reservation For A Transport Service.
•    The “Driver” Is Employed By Or Operates On Behalf Of The Transport Service Provider.
•    A “Transfer” Is The Journey From The Pickup Location To The Drop-Off Location.
•    The “Transport Service Provider” Is The External Operator Or Dealer Providing Transport Services.
2  – Contract & Liability:
•    By Making A Booking, The Customer Agrees To These Terms & Conditions.
•    The Customer Is Solely Responsible For Providing Accurate Data And Using Our Platform’s Services.
•    Consent To Our Use Of Personal Data Is Implied By Booking, And The Customer Agrees To Disclose All Necessary Information.
•    The Customer Must Be Over 18 Years Old And Accepts Financial Responsibility For The Booking.
   3 – Platform Description:
•    Vynnstransport.com Mediates Transport Services Between Customers And Transport Service Providers.
•    We Do Not Provide Transport Services Directly But Connect Customers With Licensed Transport Service Providers.
•    The Customer Enters Into A Contract With The Transport Service Provider, And We Assume No Liability For Any Issues Arising From The Transport Arrangement.
 4 – Booking:
•    The Customer Should Verify All Booking Details For Accuracy.
•    Information Provided During Booking Will Be Shared With Relevant Parties.
•    Confirmation Emails Will Be Sent Instantly And Shortly After Booking, Detailing The Pickup Location And Driver Contact Information.
•    Completion Of The Online Booking Process Does Not Confirm The Booking Until Payment Is Received.
5 – Cancellation Policy:
•    Customers Can Make Changes To Bookings Up To 24 Hours Before The Scheduled Pickup Time.
•    Changes May Result In Price Adjustments, And Refunds Or Additional Payments May Be Necessary.
•    Special Requests Can Be Accommodated But Are Not Guaranteed.
•    Child Seats Can Be Requested But Are Subject To Availability.
6 – Prices & Payment:
•    Transport Costs Vary Based On Factors Like Departure, Destination, Date, And Passenger Count.
•    We Reserve The Right To Adjust Prices And Correct Errors.
•    Payment Must Be Made Immediately Upon Booking.
7  – Complimentary Waiting Time:
•    The Driver Will Wait For The Customer At The Pickup Location For Up To 60 Minutes.
•    Delays Beyond 1 Hour May Result In Additional Charges Or Cancellation.
8 – Flight Delays Or Cancellations:
•    We Are Not Liable For Flight Delays Or Cancellations.
•    Excessive Delays May Result In Transport Cancellation Or Additional Charges.
9 – Force Majeure:
•    We And Transport Service Providers Are Not Liable For Delays Or Defaults Due To Uncontrollable Events.
10 – Shuttle Service:
•    Our Shared Shuttle Service Operates With A Maximum Of 7 Passengers And Does Not Provide Child Seats.
•    Bookings Are Confirmed Upon Full Payment Receipt.
•    Passengers Are Limited To One Bag Each.
•    Pickup Times May Vary Up To 45 Minutes Due To Multiple Pickups.
•    Customers Are Responsible For Communicating Any Delays To The Driver
